13 Oh, and Carlsbad Caverns which were amazing. From N. M. we moved to Kansas - pretty much where I grew up so it seems like home to me. After this summer, however, I could see myself moving to somewhere like North Dakota or Montana!!

12 lol I wish i could move faaaaaaaaaaaaaaar away from New Mexico.. Or atleast to Cloudcroft up in the mountians where it rains.. we have gotten maybe 3 inches if not less of rain this year... My poor hens and ducks and roos are so hot .. i try and keep the ground wet for them

and they have a pond as well

11 It was the stifling humidity here that wears me down. I like that about N.M..a dry heat as they say.

12 I hate the heat lol... It kills me.. But I hate it when its freezing cold as well! lol I want to be somewhere where its cool but not to cold and warm but not to hot lol ..

11 I work with a gal who is from Farmington...I think she said that's in N.M. Is that more mountainous and cooler? We do get pretty nippy here, that's for sure. I guess I like the changing seasons of Kansas, but summer has held on WAY too long this year!!!

12 lol Im not sure never been to farmington.. and if I have I dont member.. We are getting ready to go to cloudcroft for my birthday Im excited to go camping this year.. We normally go camping ever summer with the kids but we couldnt this summer for they were closed because of forest fires. So I cant wait hehe

Yeah summer has been looong and hot Im ready for it to be over with lol
