You sure you don't want some eggs hon?? I think the babies are too small to ship, but maybe you'd like some adults?? Actually, I'm pretty sure I can only send tested eggs. Do you have any hens that go broody? Cochins should, maybe when one seems broody, let me know, and I can send you them (in unlisted packaging) right away, once its May.

Pretty quiet. The boys crow, but NOT like a chicken at all. Much quieter than a paraket!! LOL

A standard Cochin hen might crush quail eggs, but I doubt a banty would.

Then you should be ok. Unless you want to incubate Button Quail eggs. Those wouldn't do well under a hen I don't think. Much too small.
