how do you remember to turn the goose eggs at night and when your at work and such?

I'm still here. For a few. I used to stay up, like you, but its harden when kids get you up early.

I work from 8-1 M-F (except no school days). I turn eggs about 7am , 3pm and a 11pm. It works around my schedule. All the other eggs have turners.
