They don't always attack for no reason. You know how lions and cheetahs kill prey by bitting their throats ? Mountain lions don't kill you, they eat you alive

I don't think mountain lion usually attack. I went hunting with my dad a few month ago (I like to go, mostly to see the wild life rather than to kill whatever it is he's hunting), and the guy we were staying with said that his son got stalked by a mountain lion while walking around on that same mountain. He just didn't figure it out until the following morning.... (just had to say that, again)

Yeah,you should also have a handgun, like a .45 to harm the mountain lion, always better to be safe than sorry
