BR-pullet or cockerel?

Here is a pic of one of my chickens. It's about 18 weeks old, it's bigger than the others and has what appear to be spurs coming out. When it was younger it was much darker, but now its upper body, head and neck are getting lighter. It and the BO pullet are my friendliest ones. Hasn't crowed yet. What do you think, pullet or cockerel?

Congratulations! It's a BOY! btw These roosters aren't as loud as some others when thy do start crowing! My Banties are way louder then my BR!

Definitely male. The coloring is male as is the comb.

Bingo! You guys nailed it. About 2 days ago I was awaken by the crowing of my BR in question. You were also right about my Bantam rooster being louder. Thanks again.
