I opened a waitlist for my Dark Brahma’s and Blue partridge Brahma’s. I have shown them two times and won first and second place with best in variety and then first place in the back tar class and I can’t believe how many people took down my information and watched my FB page for the opening of the list . It’s my first year at breeding and shilling chicks once they fertility gets up and I would like to know what heat warming pads are recommended to put With the chicks and what is the recommended DO NOT SHIP temperature vs it’s cold temp but can ship with a warmer and 5 plus chicks. I am excited because my goal was to ship out of state and that is where most of my waiting list customers are from .. I’m not shipping hatching eggs at first but will need best ways to pack them when the time comes . Still room left on my list but exciting to get it off to a good start.

Beautiful birds! Are you npip?
You might get more folks interested if you offer hatching eggs.
Yes I am NPIP. I will not have hatching eggs for a while . I’m very new to breeding and my flock is young and just started breeding not to long ago. Once fertility is up and the weather is where I can start fulfilling orders I will get a better idea for how many eggs I will have available to ship and incubate. Chicks are 30.00 each with a minimum order of 5. Only chicks I have been getting out of test hatching is my blue partridge pen . I’m not expecting them to be ready until more into spring.

I understand that, I wasn't clear. once you get established, hatching eggs will be the preferred method for most.
