Brahma barely walking, help needed

Following, as I'm reviewing treatments for scaly leg mites. I'm sort of confused by the pictures though. It almost looks like parts of her feet are missing, or maybe just some claws? Are you sure it isn't diabetes or something else possibly? Any chance of rodents nibbling her feet?
Yes, I've noticed that about her feet, but they have been like that since she was pretty little. And because she has never had any trouble walking before now, I didn't really think that her feet/toes were the problem (in terms of them being deformed or something like that). I don't think at all that rodents are nibbling her feet. She also doesn't really have the symptoms of diabetes, other than walking problems and reluctance to stand I guess..... I'm just trying to take as good care of her as possible now because I'm not really sure what else to do, other than continue what I've been doing recently

You would know best if you have had her since she was little. So sorry she's not able to walk that much anymore. Treating her for scaly seems like a good course of action for now.
We have also found tiny bits of chopped red meat helped some of our girls at various times. We had one that suddenly couldn't walk, more like freezing and falling/sitting. She slowly got better with separation, a little garlic in the feed every other day and lots of extra protein. We did eventually get a fecal culture which turned up Clostridium. Not sure if that's what caused the leg paralysis. So many possibilities.
