Brahma Chicken or Roo

I've gone back and forth on this chicken for weeks. When I have asked others, the answers are 50/50. No crow yet, but I've heard that Brahma's crow late. This boy/girl is 16 weeks old. He/she is on the aggressive side. He/she has been picking on the other chicks from the bunch starting at the week 5 mark. I do have one rooster that is the same age, and they challenge each other. Or the rooster will chase him/her if it gets particularly aggressive towards our bantam baby. By aggressive, I mean he/she chases it. I've never seen it try to breed any of the other hens. I'm just at a loss as to what I'm dealing with. Hoping experts can help.

Definitely a cockeral. If he isn't I'd be very surprised. He also is a chicken
