Brahma chicks feathering / Added update photos at 2 weeks old

I have three dark Brahma chicks around 11 days old. One has been growing feathers in the scapula region for a couple days now and the other two have none in that area yet. Is this a sign of different growth rates for genders and if so what does it mean. Here's a photo of the one with more feathers, the other two dont have any in the scapula area yet.

I have never heard of scapula feathering as a way of sexing brahmas. You will have to wait until they get a bit older and watch the growth of the combs and wattles (bigger and redder at a younger age is an indication of male gender).

I also noticed the same one has tail feathers and the other two do not

From my experience with Brahmas, pullets feather out faster. I would say the ones with the least feathers and no tails are the boys! You can also sex dark brahmas by their wing feather colours. The pullets have penciling and the boys are dark/black. Hope this helps
