Brahma, cream legbars, and California gray coloring of combs question

All of my chickens are 15 weeks old. I’m a newbie chicken owner but have some questions about development and coloring. I have 3 dark brahmas (1 roo, 2 pullets), 3 crested cream legbars (all pullets), and 2 California grays (pullets). From my research I’ve found that California grays typically lay at 20-24 weeks, crested cream legbars around 5 months, and brahmas usually 6-12 months. Ive also learned that combs and wattles turn bright red right before they lay. So am I going crazy because my brahmas seem to be the most red followed by onyx. The others are certainly trailing behind. Is this normal?

None are very close to laying yet Can you get more pictures of Arrow and your other Dark Brahmas? I believe he may be a cockerel too

I’m positive speckles is our only roo. But thanks! I guess I’m just eager for eggs!
