Very pretty.

Those are really cute!

I have 3 eggs left out of the 8 I put in. One is cracked and oozing, I think I'm going to throw it out. The other two I'm not sure if they are still alive or not.

They were tiny pullet eggs, I think that's why they didn't develop well. But, I have saved up 15 more eggs to put in next, they are an EE roo with a brahma, BO, or SF hen. Most of them are brahmas or faverolles mixed with EE. I'm also getting 10 marans eggs from some one locally to hatch for them, and I'm keeping a few chicks! These will go in on May 12th if all goes as planned. The 3 eggs in there now should be done on May 10th.

Those are adorable! I'm really liking the idea of feathered legged olive eggers.

My EE roo had HUGE muffs. Ridiculously huge. I'm hoping that gene gets passed on. Mix that with a bearded faverolle and you get feathered legged, muffed, five toed, long bearded, colored egg laying birds. One of my SF's lays a beautiful dark pink egg...I wonder what color the chicks will lay.

I'm so excited!

I have brahma/EE crosses and salmon faverolle/EE crosses due to hatch on the 1st! If anyone is still interested, I'll let you know how (cute) they look!

I am trying to figure out if my hen is a Brahma/EE cross. She’s an EE, but she hasn’t started laying yet.
