Brahma living with standard hens

Hey everyone I'm wondering about my brahma roo being with my standard hens. Buff orp, sex links, and ee mix flock. My roo is starting to do his "job" the past couple weeks and I'm wondering if he is going to hurt my standard sized hens just because of his size? Do I need to get some larger fowl for him to be around? If so what' some large fowl besides brahma that I can get that are good layers as well? Thanks for any advice you have.
