Brahma pullet or cockerel?

I was under the impression that this birdie is a pullet but just heard them crowing. Now looking closely, it does seem to me that the feathers might be characteristic of a cockerel. I have no experience with Brahmas so thought I’d ask what y’all think.

Yes, male hackles and saddles.

Brahmas are notorious for being difficult to sex early with mistakes going in either direction.

My in-town flock had a Light Brahma rooster. He was a gorgeous thing a full 2 feet tall with a pleasant, deep-toned crow.
