Blue light, splash are white dominant? You need two copies of dominate white added to a black breasted red type.
Sorry for my ignorance, I'm learning. so I put on a pure white brahma with a red-breasted black male right? Could you explain what two copies would be? ThanksNo
Dominate white is dominate white.
Blue and/or splash has nothing to do with dominate white.
Nor does it have anything to do with Pyle.
Red Pyle color in Brahman is quite different from the Red Pyle color found on Old English Game lines, since Brahmas lack wildtype background, the Pyle and Lemon Pyle Brahma are based on a gold partridge Brahma line, since the splash genotype(Bl/Bl) can be bred to look very much white, some people use splash(Bl/Bl) instead of Dominant white(I/I)hi there. Yes, that is how they are usually made, but on breeds where e+ is not found eb is a very good substituteMy experience is with making pyle from white and lt brown leghorns.
