Was sexed as female from tractor supply store, jumps on top of other hens (like a rooster), does not crow. Is this a rooster?

Thank you! I requested 3 females, now this makes 2 of them turning out to be cockerels, ugh. Surprisingly he hasn't crowed yet, the other one crows like crazy.Light Brahma Cockerel.
P.S. Male chickens under one year of age are called cockerels... then once 1 year+ of age they are called Roosters, Stags, Cockbirds, etc.

perhaps this picture will helpOP’s bird is still young. Mates with hens, red/well-developed comb & wattles, plus male specific feathering. You can’t see those pointy saddle feathers? It’s a Cockerel.
