Was sexed as female from tractor supply store, jumps on top of other hens (like a rooster), does not crow. Is this a rooster?

Th
Light Brahma Cockerel.

P.S. Male chickens under one year of age are called cockerels... then once 1 year+ of age they are called Roosters, Stags, Cockbirds, etc. ;)
Thank you! I requested 3 females, now this makes 2 of them turning out to be cockerels, ugh. Surprisingly he hasn't crowed yet, the other one crows like crazy.

I disagree. This ia a pullett. The heckle feathers are too rounded. See my Brahma Roo below:

OP’s bird is still young. Mates with hens, red/well-developed comb & wattles, plus male specific feathering. You can’t see those pointy saddle feathers? It’s a Cockerel.
