Bran?

So I'm shutting down my mealworms operation but will be left with lots of bran. Is this something I can feed my chickens with? That is without baking them into muffins

Wheat bran is excellent - I have fed it. It is dusty though. Just mix it right in...protein if I remember correctly was somewhere around 18%.

What you can do is let them eat it down to the last little bit, mixed into your feed. When you have some "dust" left at the bottom then make a wet mash with it (mix water in). Don't give them more than they will eat in 24 hours. This makes a glue!!! Be prepared to scrub your pan and it is not so fun. That is why I try to get them to eat it dry. They should eat most of it OK from my experience if it is mixed in.
