Brand new chick, 4 hours old...deformed leg?

Here is a few pics, my very 1st chick, but it doesn't appear to stand on both legs the same. the left side seems normal and the right side it just uses the hock. only 4 hours old, will it grow out of it? It moves a lot, but not controlled. ok? what do ya think?

if you tie a string to one leg give about a fingers width between the feet and tie the other end to the other leg that will keep its feet under it and help. it should hoble for a few days and and you can take the string off in a week or so. it works about 75% of the time.
