Do you mean the Chicken Fountain? It's great. You just hook it up to a hose, turn it on, and you're good to go. You can add AVC, probiotics, meds, or electrolytes through the top access port. It's a bit more complicated if you live in a very cold place and have to heat it in winter. But what isn't?

I'm sure someone handy could make one themselves (they're constructed full from pieces you can buy at any major hardware/plumbing supply), but by the time I bought all the pieces and the proper drill bits and figured out how to install the toilet shut off valve, etc., it just wouldn't be worth it to me. If someone else has already gone to all the trouble, I'm happy to pay them (and I know I'm lucky to be in a position where I get to make that choice).
