Welcome: Go 3-4 times bigger with your coop than you think you need. Go 5-6 times bigger with your run than you think you need. Cover every wall and ceiling with hardware cloth and make a hardware cloth apron around your coop and run. You will solve 80% of issues with chickens if you do these things.
