Have you finished the coop and run? Is the brooder all set up and ready to go?

Brooder is ready to go! I have the coop but need to get it roofed and painted. I know the run it came with is not secure enough. We're planning to build a bigger coop, possibly under part of our deck. In the meantime, I'll need to figure out how to get the temporary run more secure. Right now, my biggest concern is keeping those babies alive and well once they get here!
