brand newbie in fl

Just starting in fl with turning an existing old work shed into my first coop. Getting my first chickens from an experienced friend in a few weeks and am very open to tips and help !

Set aside part of the shed for storage. It's amazing how much chicken supplies one accumulates and it's nice to have it close at hand. Things like feed, grains, oyster shell, grit, extra feeders and waterers, etc..
