Vesta grinned back, her eyes sparkling, emerald-like.

Maya eased into the room and perched on the edge of a bed.

Spencer smiled looking from Vesta to Lark "You control fire, You control electricity and I control gravity. I'm Spencer, What are your names?"

Reba looked around at the growing group in the bedroom. She frowned slightly, she wanted a pen and paper so she could 'talk' to them

"I-I don't understand. Do a-any of you have an idea w-what's g-going on?"

Reba shook her head and glanced around. She sighed and stood moving to the drawers to hunt for a pen and paper. She found an empty notebook and a pencil and moved back to the bed and started to write, showing the paper when she was done.
My name is Reba Rider, I have no memory from before waking up here this morning. Do you? Apparently we have all been branded with these marks and have powers now. Did we before? I can't remember.
