    I don't know how experienced you are, but Storey's Guide to Raising Rabbits by Bob Bennet is a good place to start. He has some very good suggestions on disease prevention and nest boxes. It is a good all around basic book. If you troll around the internet you can find information from agricultural extension offices and colleges for both the hobbyist and the commercial rabbit raiser. Once I found some very good instructions on building an econimical automatic watering system for a rabbitry.
