Little too religious for me to want to live there, but looks like it'd be wonderful to visit and learn!

Looks interesting. I didn't find any particular religious information other than a link to purchase Christian music. By and large Waco does tend to have a somewhat conservative Christian outlook--it is home to Baylor.
 
I think this community was featured on Texas Country Reporter the other week. It seems like it would be a nice place to visit, and learn from!
 
Also got a pamphlet about their cheeses... OMG do they look TASTEY!

They even have a blueberry havarti! I love me some havarti so I hope if we go I can try that one!!
