Looks interesting. I didn't find any particular religious information other than a link to purchase Christian music. By and large Waco does tend to have a somewhat conservative Christian outlook--it is home to Baylor.

Also got a pamphlet about their cheeses... OMG do they look TASTEY!

They even have a blueberry havarti! I love me some havarti so I hope if we go I can try that one!!

I plan on going this year. I forgot all about it last year until the last minute and it was too late to go. I think I will be going to the seminars on Saturday. I havent decided yet.
