Bread/Pastry Themed Hatch-a-long!

My mini Govee arrived today! So now I am feeling confident to set the eggs. I’m glad I now have a backup on my incubator sensors, although I think mine are quite accurate for now as every hatch has happened on the correct day and I’ve had good hatching rates so far! Still, always better to have a backup and the Govee mini was very reasonably priced. Sits nicely in the middle too!
