Bread/Pastry Themed Hatch-a-long!

Powers back! Temp dropped to 89, not bad. I’m sure they’ll be okay. Whew!!!

Glad it’s back on!! I’ve only hatched once, but I got a surge protector/generator thing. We did have a storm and a subsequent outage during incubation! But due to user error my backup didn’t work luckily I still had a good hatch!

I candled last night because I was a little eager and here are the results! I was surprised to have 3 clears in the bunch - that’s pretty rare for my birds but that’s okay. Posting in black and white because the pictures were a little hard to tell without it.

All eggs that were not clears were growing and happy so fingers crossed!

This is so cool to see! Pity about the clear ones, but still really exciting.
