OK, so here's the deal...I take a pottery class and consider myself an amateur and improving pottery. Most of my work is hand built slab work. Going to different art shows, I have seen pottery bread bakers that are similar to bowls or casserole dishes. They are sold with several recipes. I would like to learn to make these, but I am too cheap to buy one to copy, plus I would rather have my own. Unfortunately, I am not a baker and do not know enough about baking bread to develop recipes for the baker. I have no clue about how to figure out the measurements for the size of the baker.
So, this is my proposal....I need someone who enjoys baking bread and has several recipes that would like for me to make them a pottery bread baker and send it to them in exchange for them figuring out 3 or 4 easy bread recipes that will be the perfect size for baking in it. (I'd especially like a recipe for pumpkin bread!!!!!) I can keep the measurements and make more once I get the recipes that I know are appropriate for the size of the baker.
Anyone interested??? You get a free bread baking dish out of it!
