I have one particular Dominant Copper pullet that assumes she’s allowed in the house.
I run up to her.... she squats. Reach down, pick her up and put her outside..... ten minutes later she’s back. Holler and try to scare her out..... she squats. Squirt gun?.... she dodges...then squats when I move.
Short of closing the door (I cool the house with morning air before closing around 10-1030) or keeping her locked up, how do I get through to her the ‘my house’ boundary?
They aren’t even ‘tame’. I cannot pick them up unless off the roost. They aren’t flighty really. They just give me a 3-5’ space unless I have treats. It’s literally this one pullet when she’s IN MY HOUSE!!!?????
