So I work for an oil company. Many of our vendors try to keep us happy by sending food, and lots of it (it's also a tax write off for them). One guy sends roughly 75 burritos twice a week. There's only maybe 100 people in this location, and most of them go to waste. We have freezers stuffed with the leftovers, and some people take them home, but eventually, they just started tossing the leftovers. We have told him repeatedly to please not send so many, because of the waste, but he does anyway.

They're typically tortilla, egg, and bacon, sausage, chorizo, ham etc.

Would it be okay to feed these to my chickens occasionally, minus the tortilla? I know I need to watch the salt intake, but they are mostly egg anyway.

I've also been toying with the idea of asking if the homeless shelters in the area would be interested in any of them. I just hate seeing so much food go to waste!

I'd agree on limiting the salt intake, and those are salty meats....but in limited amounts, it should be ok.

Why wouldn't you feed them the tortillas, btw? I'd think they'd be fine.
