Breaking my flocks habits

Hello everyone,
So i have a flock of chickens who likes to go out in the road, how can I break them from that?
This morning I woke up to my mom calling and telling me that my Sebright rooster was in the road were he got hit.

The only thing that will contain them is fencing.

You may have to put them in a fenced in run attached to the coop.
