Breast Blister in Cornish Rocks

Have read online that the blister can be released with a sterile needle and then rinse with potassium. Our chicks are 2 weeks old and it looks like some have developed an air like sack on the breast bone. If we release this blister will it return and why is it occurring. We have given them clean litter already and there are no sharp objects that could have caused this. Does releasing this sack harm the chicks. This is a 4-H project and all new to us.
