Breathing difficulty

My dear old (11-12) chook was fly struck 4 days ago and I have dealt with that by cleaning and soaking in salted water then drying and applying gentian violet. She is inside in the hospital crate, she ate a mashed boiled egg 2 days ago but nothing much since. Her poo has started to firm up now but this morning I noticed her breathing has become noisy almost like purring. Could this be an infection and if so what are your recommendations. i.e. is there something I can give her.

i would recommend taking her to a vet before it turns worse.
