Breathing problems

I have some turken chickens almost one year old. Purchased them last year at tractor supply. They looks like broiler chickens. One chicken after another has difficulty to breathe. They eat and drink normal, free ranging. I noticed one chicken today as she lays down her comb becoming dark blue. I see it’s very uncomfortable for her so she has to stand up and comb becoming normal red. What should I do? Please help! They are like pets to me . Vet clinic is not open on Sunday and I don’t think I have enough time to wait
