breathing problems

I have a small flock (29 birds) they are 5 weeks old (approximately). They have shallow breathing, wheezing, swollen eyes and nostril bubbles. Please help. What do they have and what can i do for them.

Sounds like a respritory problem. Perhaps pneumonia. What temperature are they kept in? What is their stool like?

They are kept outside with dry areas for them. They have shade and wind blocks.

Kept outside, shelter, wind block, covered and clean. Some poop runny some normal looking
