Nothing screams cockerel to me yet.

The coloration reminds me of my Mille Fleur D'uccle/OEGB X Silkie cross. Named Bigfoot.

I'm not seeing the Japanese Bantam you were talking about. I did see the Silver Sebright roo.

I couldn't zoom into the pictures on for better details, which was unfortunate.

I’m not sure… I think it’s black copper but to be honest I have no idea… I’ve never seen another one like her

She's not a Jap......and she's not a Dutch, obviously. So maybe a mixed bantam?

She's brown red in color.

Yeah, your chick is abit of a mystery.

She does look like a Japanese Bantam to me, just not bred to have that high tail carriage, so this would place her the pet quality category.
