I bought these eggs off CL, the guy had over 75 breeds, said they were show. He had a friend meet me half way, eggs were written on, now I'm trying to figure out what breeds based on the abbreviations.

Any guesses?
SCLBL
SL
SC
RCBL
SCA

Thanks everyone :)

SCLBL - Single Comb Brown Leghorn - don't know what that extra L is though.
SL - Silver Leghorn
SC - Silver Cochin
RCBL - Rose Comb Brown Leghorn
SCA - ?

they all hatch and are all hens LOL :)

Unfortunately I didn't, he said he was paying someone to put up a website of all the awards they've won. He said he didn't own a computer or anything and he apologized. LOL.

I'm not planning on showing or anything, just like a variety of breeds :)

I agree that the last is most likely Silver Campine. Your friend seems to have focused on white egglayers, so it would sebe in keeping with the theme as Campines lay white. They are also favorites for showchickens as well.

Your best bet is to get a hold of the seller.

SCLBL - Single Comb Light Brown Leghorn
RCBL - Rose Comb Black Leghorn
SL - could be Silver Leghorn but they didn't state comb type like RCSL or SCSL
SCA - Single Comb Ancona
