I've only had the buff and pilgrims, and this past year 3 mixed. The buff have been really nice geese. The pilgrims have been vaguely aggressive with my other birds, and have killed a few chickens they managed to corner. I thought it was just the gander, but I've seen the females being the aggressors.I'm thinking about adding a couple of geese to my flock. Glad I found this thread. I'm leaning buff or toulouse. I think the toulouse with the large dewlap are the cutest thing ever, but they're pricey. Who knew a flap of skin would cost so much - lol!
