Breed, Age & Gender Guesses?

This little one literally showed up on my doorstep. Can anyone offer a guess as to what breed it may be, possible age and gender? I'm thinking around 3 weeks and assuming it is a chick although several people at work think it is a turkey. I'd love to hear some opinions on what I have inherited! Thank you!

I've got no idea of sex as yet. You should post more pictures in about a month for that. It looks like he has a rosecomb. Can you confirm on that? If so, he may be a blue Wyandotte chick. Age sounds about right.
