Breed and gender for two different chicks

Thank the chicken gods. I hatched out so many boys I’m just glad for any of them to be girls. But especially this frizzle.

She will be 12 weeks tomorrow. She’s making a noise that could resemble a crow. I tried to get it on video but she stopped as soon as I took my phone out. So still a girl?

I'm gonna be that person and lean cockerel.
Now I'm leaning that way too. That comb and those wattle seemed to have popped up out of nowhere.

This is one of those tough birds to sex. At 12 weeks, "she" shouldn't have half that comb growth if female. However, I'd expect a larger, redder comb and wattles by 12 weeks for a male.
