These chicks are a little over 7 weeks old. I think they are Orpingtons but not sure which type. Also, any ideas their genders? Thanks!

Buff Orpingtons. It looks like possibly two roos and a pullet.
I agree. The top bird is a BO cockerel. The bottom one on the left is a BO cockerel and the one on the right is a BO pullet.
