Can someone help me identify the breed I was told it is a bantam and three weeks old

Not a bantam breed then. If the comb is turning red already then it is almost certainly a cockerel. Are you able to keep roosters in your area?
Yes, we will be keeping all of them just probably going separate them. This particular one is aggressive and I noticed is always the first one to run to a chick if it is chirping very loudly

The chicks in pictures 2, 4, 5, 6, and 8 are all Barred Rocks. The chick in picture three is a Golden Sebright (the only bantam). 7 and 9 look to be Black Sex Links. My best guess for the first chick would be an Easter Egger.
