Breed and Gender Im at a Loss

So I bought this chick (8 weeks old) on the premiss it was a frizzle. I have owned them before. However this little one is a bit of a mystery. Not only does she/he have a plume on top of her/his head but it also has blue skin and 5 toes. Any idea on what my little mystery bird is, or gender? I want to breed it with my Ayam Cemani but don't know if I show put it with my hen or rooster.

It's a Silkie mix. So I guess you'd call that sizzled instead of frizzled. Though it looks more frizzled to me. Frizzle is a feather type, not a breed.

That's what's I was thinking was more of a Sizzle (I know its slang) because of the toes and skin, but I've never seen one. Thanks for the reply!

Beautfiul little one. Looks like a sizzle (frizzled silkie, which by its nature is a mix breed) to me. While comb is pretty pink, hang on to this one for a bit before making any gender based decisions.
