Breed and Gender please? (Ameraucana or Easter Egger)

This was sold to us as an Ameraucana pullet. I am guessing it's an Easter Egger. It looks quite a bit different than the other one sold to is as an Ameraucana. Is it a roo? First pic is the one in question.

Those pictures are both EE's, the top one a rooster and the bottom one a hen.

It's a girl based on color- red duckwing-ish. by this age boys have liberal amount of pointy feathers and red duckwing roo coloring all over. Lots of red/gold on neck, back, very black breast. She doesn't have any of either.

I posted more pics of the chicken in question above. So are the two EE's I have different color variations?

right. EE are extremely variable in color and pattern. this one(and the other) are girls for sure.

Because some people know what they are talking about and others are guessing.

If they can't articulate why they think it is one or the other then they may be just guessing......
