Breed and gender question for 5 week old chicks

These are roughly 4-5 weeks old. Mystery chicks from the local feed store. Supposed to all be pullets but we know how that goes. I am guessing either 2 EE's and a Blue Australorp or 1 EE, 1 Welsummer and 1 Blue Australorp. Or anything else cause I am no expert. I hope they are all pullets but maybe the blue one is a roo?

Any thoughts are much appreciated.

sapphire gem and brown leghorns?? I dont know if it's a roo? if it's a sapphire? they are easy to sex.

I am guessing 1 sapphire gem, 1 EE, and 1 Rhode Island Red or Production Red.

Is that a crest growing out of the Welsummer or are it's head feathers just ruffled up?
