Breed and Gender thoughts

Update
Confirmed that the one with the puffs is a hen and lays the light green/blue.
The dark red one also a hen and saw her lay this one.

Now just have to confirm who is laying the white/cream egg. So there should be three hens in total.

Unfortunately I am dealing with an egg eater. The puff hair black and white (who is now hei-hei cause they were insisting on pecking a golf ball that are in the nest 🤦🏻‍♀️) was waiting for the red hen to lay. Legit stalking back and forth in front while the other one was all nestled in her laying spot. Then as soon as she laid the egg she pushed the hen out of the way to get to the egg. I was not fast enough and sure enough a hole pecked right in it!
That's not good. Egg eating is really difficult to cure and other chickens can learn that behavior from the egg eater.

Well a weird update…apparently Hei-Hei only goes after the Red hen’s egg and leaves all the blue/white ones. But the Red Hen has learned to go in a nesting box to lay now… and Hei-Hei is unaware an egg exists if they lay it there. I have collected 3 different types of eggs over two days. 🤷‍♀️

That might work out then! If you collect eggs often and Hei-Hei doesn't become aware of where to find them, may eventually forget that behavior if they're not getting the chance to egg eat.

🤞🤞🤞
Truthfully I don’t know if Hei-Hei could find their way out of wet paper bag. 🤣😂 So that is probable they might forget they eat eggs. Lol

There seems 4 different eggs…and Hei-Hei seems to be leaving the eggs alone. 🤞🏻
(egg at the top is a white store bought large chicken egg as a comparison)

I was away this weekend, my daughter collected the bottom row at noon yesterday and I collected the top 3 tonight at 9pm when I got home. 😊 the pink-ish egg on the far left bottom is a new one, first time I have collected one of those!

ETA
Hard to tell but one of the eggs in the top rows is a light blue, the other is white. The bottom row far right is white.
