Breed and Gender? TSC mix up?

These were supposed to be cinnamon queens. Which i saw have straight combs. Well, one did, but these two have rose (or some other comb type, i cant tell).
Im thinking one is pullet and one a cockerel, but no idea. Unsure of the actual breed as well as our tsc is notorious for mixing up chicks.

They started off looking like this with chipmunk stripes.

The top one in post 4 (I believe what you are calling #1) looks like a male to me. Wide/reddish comb, splotchy coloration, deep red on wings.

Looks like 2 pullets to me! Not sure on the breed Def some type of red sex link.
