Breed and Gender??

Hey everyone,
I have this one feathered friend that I dont know the breed or gender of. The shape of it makes me think hen, but the feathers say rooster. There are no spurs growing, and my other two roosters are starting to grow spurs. (Birds are 6 months old) and as for breed, it looks like a partridge rock mixed with cochin. What do you think?? To the side is my rooster Pedro

Front one looks like French Black Copper Marans cockerel, and would need better pics for the second cockerel.

I've been very unimpressed with McMurray hatchery this order. I ordered one rooster, got three, none of which are the one I wanted! All birds are healthy but not what i ordered...
