Breed and gender?

Got three chicks from tractor supply to place under a broody hen, which she rejected so we’ve been raising by hand... What we got was 2 Cochin and 1 “sapphire jewel”, they were listed as pullets but our sapphire doesn’t exactly look like one, what do you think she/he could be?

All pullets so far. Not sure on breed.

Age?
All 3 look like Cochins. I can not see combs very well. If they are single combs then Cochin. If the dark one has a pea comb may be a Brahma. Agree look like pullets SO FAR.
