what breed or gender these 2 are??

Does the blue one have feathers coming in on her legs?

Both are pullets. Not sure on the breed of the buff one... Possibly a mix?

I'm not good with breed but as for gender....both look like hens but its always a good idea to post age along with pics. A red comb on a 6-week old is very different than a red comb on a 20-week old.
