Breed and Gender?

I received some mystery eggs. All of the egg were tan. Hopefully someone can help me figure out what breed and possibly gender. they are 4 weeks. I am hoping Jake,Bear and Red are hens they are super sweet. Heckyl and Jeckyl on the other hand are skittish.

They almost look like Easter Eggers that came from brown eggs, like somebody's culls (if you're breeding for blue/green eggs you want to get rid of the brown ones).
